Thanks to those who have sent in Bailey Bucks!
We have been delighted with the response, particularly the internship opportunities. Patrick Beck ‘89 was our first Bailey Buck contributor! A number of you have established internships, either for Cornell students in particular, or for any LA student. Either way, you are doing a wonderful service to us in academia by providing guided training to our students in their internship period. Other Bailey Bucks have included a pledge to offer a book fund to a student in financial need, volunteering for help with conference gatherings, and 100th Anniversary Events.

TRADITIONAL GIVING
Some of you have asked if a simple monetary contribution is still appropriate, and of course it is! Those of you who have made annual or memorial contributions have provided a core of support to the department for which we are very grateful. Contributions you make to Cornell that are earmarked for Landscape Architecture currently go to the Excellence Fund, which assists with special projects, programs and equipment that enrich our offerings. In previous years, we have had contributions to the Technology Fund, which have been gratefully received.
